Wembley Stadium Sir Bobby Moore LoungeSubtitle Here
A challenging project erecting 30 tons of structural steel deep within the heart of Wembley stadium. Access was very limited and floor loadings were minimal.
Two-ton steel members were unloaded by HIAB crane onto skates and pushed in through an array of pedestrian doors to find their final location. Once in the Sir Bobby Moore lounge the steels were lifted into position using block and tackles connecting to site welded beams already in place.
Again Interkey were praised for keeping to programme dates and a clean safety record.
