Interkey Contracting was appointed to deliver a fast-track façade upgrade for the Aqua Gas commercial premises, enhancing both the aesthetic and thermal performance of the building envelope. • Structural Survey & Planning: Comprehensive structural surveys carried out prior to works, providing critical data to guide design integration and safe execution of refurbishment tasks.

• Roof Cladding Replacement: Removal and full replacement of roof cladding systems to both the main building and lean-to structure, ensuring long-term weather protection and energy efficiency.

• Glazing, Cladding & Doors: Precise measurement and removal of outdated windows, cladding, and doors, followed by the installation of new high-performance units, including thermally efficient curtain walling systems, boosting both appearance and insulation values.

• Canteen Building Refurbishment: Targeted upgrade works to the canteen building, including: Full cladding strip and replacement, New guttering systems for rainwater management, Installation of replacement windows for improved daylighting and performance.
