• Project Consultancy & Execution Strategy: Interkey led the planning and phased delivery of works within a live, high-security aerospace facility, ensuring zero disruption to daily operations and full integration with Rolls-Royce’s internal safety and quality protocols.

• Structural Modifications & Mezzanine Installation: Design and installation of new structural steel mezzanines, enabling spatial optimisation and operational efficiency within the production environment.

• Specialist Groundworks for Machinery: Construction of reinforced concrete bases to accommodate high-spec aerospace machinery, engineered to meet precision tolerances and load-bearing requirements.

• Advanced M&E Systems: Installation of bespoke mechanical and electrical systems, including: Advanced ventilation, Dust extraction and Fire suppression systems. All M&E systems were designed to support the environmental and safety standards specific to aerospace-grade manufacturing.

• Regulatory Compliance & Security Management: Adhering to aerospace industry regulations, including strict quality assurance, fire safety, and environmental control.
